Our Executive Chef Cindy Redman has created some exciting, distinctive flavors for Three Rivers Lodge.
The dynamic, new flavors are made from scratch in our kitchens. Products from Wisconsin and Minnesota are being used ensuring only the freshest ingredients. Premier quality meats have been selected to enhance the explosion of flavors you'll experience. Added to that, we have a unique blend of spices and curing techniques making entrees like Pit Smoked Duroc Pork Ribs, Smoked Maple Glaze Pork Shoulder or Hickory Spiced Rub Prime Rib really stand out.
